The Art of Being Still is a toolbox of simple techniques which allows you to experience deep relaxation of your conscious mind and body, and also enables you to relax at the deeper subconscious level.

While in this relaxed state of subconscious, you will discover that you can bring bring about changes that beforehand were difficult – such as giving up smoking or working through a phobia, for example.
